Jack Johnson

Do you have a favorite band/musical artist? My favorite artist is Jack Johnson. His music is calm, mellow and easy going. Something that makes me happy is that Jack Johnson cares about the environment and those in need, for example he performed ‘Imagine’ by John Lennon for Instant Karma: The Campaign to Save Darfur. Or for another example his record label’s recording studio (Brushfire Records, in Hawaii) is insulated with recycled blue jeans. When I get home I always like to start my homework to a little Jack Johnson, what about you? Just so you can get a little taste of Jack Johnson, I put up a video of my favorite song by him called ‘If I Had Eyes’.

    I have a lot of favorite bands but the one that stands out is The Beatles. The Beatles have classic songs that I never get tired of.

    That is a good song. I acctually don’t have a favorite band. My favorite song always changes but most recently my favorite song was either bless the broke road by rascle flatts or Wait for You, by elliot yalmian. They are both really good songs.

    charlie, i like jack johnson too i have some of his songs on my i pod, i dont have a favorite band but i have a favorite song right now its “Til the Last Shot’s Fired” Trace Adkins sang it at the ACM awards. i think i like it because i can relate to it my uncle died in World War 2 and my Mom and Dad were booth in the Army.
